recently completed the project management of the comprehensive
refurbishment of 114 Dominion Rd. This included the successful
lease up and sale of the property following the addition of a
carpark structure for 50 vehicles with a construction period
of just 6 weeks.
110 Symonds St has benefited from the completion of tenancy fitouts
prior to marketing of the property. Project management having been
undertaken by Terra Firma Group.
PMP recently engaged Terra Firma Group to complete a strategic
review of their proposed relocation to new premises in Wiri. The
premises selected comprised 2500m2 of offices and 27,000m2 of warehouse.
The assignment also involved overseeing the marketing for sale
and lease of PMP's surplus property in Wiri and Christchurch
